Alison
I know can be a challenging time of year. The holiday season can feel especially difficult when you're navigating grief, and I wanted to reach out to let you know that you're in my thoughts.
I recently created a video specifically to offer support to those experiencing loss during the holidays. It's called "Coping with Loss: Mindful Reflections for the Holiday Season," and I'd like to share it with you. (Click HERE.) My hope is that these reflections might provide a small moment of comfort or understanding during this sensitive time.
I understand that the holidays can bring up a mix of emotions – moments of sadness, remembrance, and perhaps unexpected glimpses of peace. There's no right or wrong way to experience grief, and whatever you're feeling is completely valid. Your journey is unique, and it's okay to take care of yourself in whatever way feels most supportive.
Please remember that you're not alone. Whether you need to talk, want some support, or simply wish to know that someone is thinking of you, I'm here. There's no pressure, no expectation – just a sincere wish for your well-being.
Wishing you moments of peace and gentleness during this season.
I'd love to hear from you,
